An Easy Holiday Self-Care Gift Guide
I don’t know about you, but the Holidays aren’t always fun for me. There’s a lot of anxiety centered around money, family relationships, travel schedules & time, and then the travel itself.
Don’t get me wrong, I love my family, but it’s no secret that it’s not my favorite Holiday. I love the sweetness Which is why I thought I would share a post on An Easy Holiday Self-Care Gift Guide.

An Easy Holiday Self-Care Gift Guide
I know this is a bit of an unconventional list. Many of you are going to be wondering why there aren’t more skin care products or face masks, etc. That’s because I don’t use those items on my face very often. I think that’s considered basic skin care, not self-care.
Self-care is making time for you! Making time for all the things you love. Whether that means being alone or not.
For me, self-care is making a nice cup of tea and playing wordle in peace and quiet every morning. It’s laying in a salted bath with a good book for 20 minutes after a great workout.
My point is that self-care is what you make of it.

I agree! For me, self care is downtime with a book.

OMG, 100%. In silence and near a fireplace, preferably. 😂💕
