Unique Gifts for Travelers

Happy Holiday season, darlings! This year has been insane, especially with travel making a come back and the opening of a lot more activities. It’s been such a wild ride and required so much more patience than any of us expected.

Since travel is back, and practically at full force, I’m thinking about my fellow adventurers this Holiday season. To say “I’ve got your back” is an understatement.

So let’s jump into this list of Unique Gifts for Travelers!

Unique Gifts for Travelers

Since I’m trying to keep my posts as practical as possible, you’re not going to see a lot of physical gifts on my guides this year. Unless they’re essential. I’m also doing my best to keep as many items sustainable because, you can take the girl out of Oregon… but you can’t take the Oregon out of the girl.

Here we go!

In Person Experiences

When I’m traveling, I’m always looking for a way to learn about the places I am at. The people who’s culture I’ve enveloped into. Buying your favorite traveler an experience is a fantastic idea.

Classes

Experiences

Travel Gift Cards

If you don’t want to pick a specific class or experience, get them a gift card.

  • Viator
  • Airbnb
  • Favorite Airline
  • Favorite Hotel Chain

Travel Accessories

These are great little stocking stuffers or keepsakes for your travelers. Try and shop local or on Etsy to support small businesses! 🏪

Travel Keepsakes

Gifts of places they’ve been but, maybe, didn’t have enough time to grab an ornament for the tree!

Home Reminders

Gifts that will always remind them where home is or where they’re from.

Travel Carry-On Essentials

These are items I always carry along on my trips.

  • Stamps – for postcards & letters.
  • Pens – for airline forms, signatures, letters, etc
  • Pocket Journal – for notes, ideas & journaling!

This was a very fun little list to put together!

Experiences and classes > physical gifts, for me.

I know that means there are less gifts under the tree … but Gifts aren’t my love language anyway. I’d much prefer quality time, and I think that’s why Thanksgiving has always been my favorite holiday.

If you’re looking for physical gifts, I’ve got another post on sustainable gifts queued for Saturday! Hope you’re able to shop hyper local this year, my friends!
