Greetings from yet another cozy airport lounge! Today, I find myself at Heathrow, all smiles as I await my flight to the sunny embrace of Lisbon, Portugal. 🌞

Now, let’s get down to the nitty-gritty after a grand two weeks bouncing through Dublin, Edinburgh, York, and London. I’m here to spill the tea on what’s making the cut and what’s not. The best part? It’s an ever-evolving list because, trust me, I’ve got more notes than I can count!
