Well well well, guys and dolls. Never thought I’d write a post like this. Did you? Up until March, I’d never had an Amazon Prime account. The pandemic changed that for me. So, this year is my first ever Prime Day and I’m here to share my favorite Prime Day Picks for Active Travelers!

We all know I’m always looking for ways to stay active when I’m traveling. I love hiking, light jogs through new cities and yoga classes (when there’s not a global pandemic).

Prime Day Picks for Active Travelers 2020

These are 4 categories are practically everyday life in Seattle (haha!) but even more so when you’re on a road trip, gone for the weekend or just out for a day trip. I’d love to know if you guys want more categories in the future though.

Here is my category break out for you guys: Athletic, Health & Wellness, Safety and Rainy Day Activities.

Athletic

23 Pack Resistance Bands Set – I actually own the TRIBE Premium Resistance Bands Set but I’m recommending the CHAREADA because it also comes with core sliders, a cooling towel, a jump rope and booty bands. Add all the bands together, it’s 150lbs and absolutely perfect for traveling because of the pouch. I bring mine with me on weekend trips.

2 Liter Hydration Bladder – This is on my Essential Road Trip List when you plan to go hiking at all. 2 liters of water = 4.40 lbs. Add to your backpack and voila! It doubles as weighted vest.

Henkelion Weighted Vest Weight – Speaking of weighted vests… this one you can buy in different weights and the prices vary. Either way, this is the perfect travel addition for walkers and joggers who are looking for that little bit of added umph to their workout.

Sportneer Ankle Weights – Another great weight addition for your workout. These has adjustable sand bags to reduce and add extra weight while traveling.

Health & Wellness

8Greens Immunity and Energy Effervescent Tablets – You guys know what a huge fan of the Nuun tablets I am. I use them every time I go on a weekend trip, flying or on a road trip. 8Green is a great runner up to the Vitamin Nuun tablets.

Nalgene 32oz Tritan Water Bottle – The BPA-free plastic of this product is a close runner up to my preferred Hydroflask but an absolute cult classic in the athletic community.

Retround White Noise/Sound Machine – I don’t travel without my portable noise machine. These little machines are fantastic when you are in a new place, need to drown out a loud city or when its too quiet.

Safety

Portable Door Locks – Another item I never go traveling without are my door locks. They work great on airbnb, hotel and motel doors. It’s that extra layer of protection that helps makes you feel safe. This one is a two pack!

230 Piece First Aid Kit – I mean, do I need to explain? Haha! This is perfect for your car or a camping trip and an absolute MUST to take advantage of for Prime Day Picks for Active Travelers.

Emergency Self-Defense Security Alarm – Tiny but mighty! This little keychain is 140 db when pulled and can be heard 606.9 ft away. Need I say more? You can’t beat the price.

Rainy Day Activities

1000 Piece Puzzle – Definitely my favorite activity to do when it’s rainy out. I love sitting by the fire and doing puzzles with my siblings or listening to jazz with a glass of red wine. Also like this one and this one.

Portable Ping Pong Set – Fun, easy and quick to set up. This is a great activity for traveling active kids or with your partner.
