Brown Snake Print Spring Dress
Hello dear friends! This week has been super dreary and rainy. I don’t do well going from sunny back to our grey days. It tends to take a lot out on my mental health. I’m not on social media as much, I don’t want to do much and blogging takes a back burner because my creativity is low.
So, I’m in the market for vitamins, if anyone has an recommendations. I know summer is just around the corner but it would be nice to get through Spring in one piece. I’ve already started taking B12 again, which has helped quite a bit but I think I’m missing some key ingredients for the mind.
In short, these photos were taken at the very beginning of the month. I know, really not normal for me. However, I will admit that I’ve overloaded myself with extra curricular activities. One of my main commitments will be taking a step down in June. Which is very exciting for me, as I intend to dedicate that extra time to you guys and P2.
Speaking of, this dress. THIS DRESS! Friends, this dress makes me so happy…
This dress is by River Island, purchased via ASOS, and I am in love. I love a good print, especially an animal print though not my norm (my one other animal print piece is a romper, seen here). However, this print in this dress pattern is so easy to style and wear that you can’t help but have a dance party in it.
The beautiful wooden buttons adds a nice tribal vibe to the over all print. The over sized style makes it comfortable and easy to throw on and head out for the day. I’ve paired it with my favorite white accessories: circle hand bag, short stacked shoes and pearl earrings.
As you can see, this outfit was taken on a beautiful Spring day, before the clouds took over. However, in the grey, I’ve paired this with my long black thrift coat and it would look perfect with a long trench (which I’m on the hunt for, if anyone has suggestions).
Hopefully I can get more of these out for you this month. I have a huge Loft haul that I’d love to shoot for you guys. xoxo!
