This Year’s Fall Bucket List

This Year’s Fall Bucket List is up! That’s right, even though I’m a Summer beach girl, through and through (like it’s in my bones, my DNA! It’s a lifestyle, really). I’m ready for the late sunrise and sunset and to embrace chilly mornings and cozy rainy evenings.

Well, at least for a little while.

I don’t have a problem with Autumn. It’s Winter I have beef with. Why must you be so brutally cold on my skin and make it so I can’t feel my toes? It’s rude.

This Year’s Fall Bucket List

Anyway, this year I’m reallllly excited about my bucket list. I put time and thought into what I’d like to do. I realize you might be here looking for more ideas so, I’ll write another post on more things to do in the Fall! Though for this post, I want to silo it to my personal bucket list.

I’m excited to check these off my list, and for it to feel like Fall in the PNW. Even though I have a trip at the end of the month, to New Mexico to visit my Aunt. I’m mostly going for my mental health. As you guys know, I have Seasonal Depression so I’m trying to soak up as much sunlight before Winter.

Every year I always visit an Apple Orchard and a Pumpkin Patch. I feel like those are a given so I left them off, though I fully plan to do them this year too.

Let’s jump into it…

My Chilly & Cozy Autumn Bucket List

  • Make Hot Apple Cider
  • Learn to knit
  • Read an Autumn-Themed Book
  • Thrift a New Cozy Cardigan
  • Make Potato Soup
  • Read a Creepy Mystery Thriller
  • Bake a Spiced Pumpkin Loaf
  • Rent a Cabin for the Weekend
  • Walk on a Crisp Fall Morning
  • Read Outside among the trees
  • Run Through the Leaves!
  • Try the Fall Beers at Local Brewery

If you’re looking to do the exact same Bucket List as me, there’s an image below that you can save to Pinterest or print off! I’m looking forward to checking all these off this year.

I can’t wait to hear whats on your Bucket List for this season. Leave a comment to let me know your top 2 things are!

Happy Autumn, my friends. 🍂

Nice! I definitely started on my fall activities yesterday with a trip to the cider mill and an early fall hike. Now I just need to get some pumpkins and mums for the patio. I love the idea of renting a cabin in fall instead of summer.

If you need any book recommendations, some good fall mystery thrillers are Daisy Darker, The Children on the Hill, and Small Angels (listed in order of preference).

Hiking this time of year is the best and I wish I had a patio. Pumpkins and mums? That’s an Autumn dream!

Thank you for the recs! I have Daisy Darker on my TBR but I’ll bump it up. I love a good mystery thriller and that sounds perfect for a cabin rental. 💕

I definitely want to see something you make after you learn to knit. I have had this goal several times and not been successful. I know why knitted items are pricey.
