- 1 banana, frozen
- 4 oz almond milk, or substitute
- 1 handful spinach, fresh or frozen
- 1/2 apple, skinned
- 1-2 tbsp peanut butter, chunky or creamy
- 1 tsp chia seeds
Quick & Easy Green Smoothie Recipe:
Add frozen banana slices and spinach to your blender with almond milk. Mix.
Add apple, peanut butter and chia seeds. Mix.
Drink and enjoy!
