Quick & Easy Green Smoothie

Hello smoothie fans! Darlings, this is the time to be trying to give ourselves a little grace. Nothing is normal, everything is a bit off. Even though it feels like the world is collapsing all around us, now is the time (more than ever) to be taking care of ourselves. Which is why I’m sharing my ultimate quick & easy green smoothie recipe today.

Quick & Easy Green Smoothie // On the Trip Side

I’ve packed everything you need to keep yourself running for the day. Including an entire handful of spinach, for those days when you might be lacking in iron (am I right, mother nature?). Spinach is a key ingredient to keep us all healthy. It’s loaded with Vitamin A, Vitamin C (critical for immunity right now) and Calcium.

This quick & easy green smoothie also has protein and potassium for those who need a pick me up before a day of running around or before your workouts. This recipe would also be great to make with the kids on a rainy day.

I make this smoothie often, especially when I’m just having a rough day. It’s sweet and a little salty. The peanut butter masks the spinach quite a lot and everything can be found in most grocery stores, even during a world pandemic.

I’ve also decide to make a little series for recipes called Tasty Tuesdays. I will be posting a new recipe every Tuesday until the economy opens back up. Maybe after, we’ll see! 😉

Lets jump into it!
