My Blogging Goals for 2026

As you know, it’s a new dawn, a new day – a New Year! Which means it’s that lovely time to chat about my blogging goals for 2026.

To do that, I want to start with what I learned last year. In 2025, I had a big lull between May and September. In full transparency, I was going through something incredibly personal that I still don’t want to discuss on my blog because a part of it is something I hope to accomplish in the future. Not everything can be aired to the world; some things are just meant to be kept to yourself until they’re seen through. You know?

My life very much imploded the week of that last post in May. I cried so much. Then, in June, Ad (my now boyfriend 💕) walked back into my life, and somehow everything slowly got better and better. By September, I felt the urge to start blogging again, but I noticed that I didn’t want to write the way I’d been writing over the past few years. I had a real push to write for myself and for an audience that felt more like a friend than a place to stop in and brush off quickly.

So, last year was a bust – for lack of a better term. This year will be a year of getting to know myself as a blogger again, and I’m so excited and thankful to start this new blogging chapter.

My Blogging Goals for 2026

1. Consistent Posting

Sticking to a posting schedule has always been a struggle for me, but this year, during my 24 Days of Cozy, I think I finally cracked the code! I’m aiming to post every Monday and Thursday. Having a predictable schedule not only keeps me accountable but also gives you a little cadence to expect.

2. Newsletter Love

While I won’t dive into all the details yet, I’m going to focus on sending out a little letter of love at the end of every month. It’ll be full of extra personal moments and updates in my life – a sneak peek behind the scenes and a spot for things I don’t always share on the blog. Feel free to sign up here!

3. Keep the Topics I Love

Lifestyle, travel, saving money, books, hobbies, recipes… all the things I get most excited writing about will continue to have a special place on the blog! I also want to explore new ideas and formats to keep things fresh and fun, but don’t worry – nothing crazy.

4. First Sponsorship?

This is kind of personal, and I don’t know if it’s possible, but I’d love to get sponsored this year. I’m not sure where to start, but I’m excited to try and see what opportunities come my way.

5. Fun and Flexibility

Honestly, this year I just want it to be joyful, creative, and sustainable. I want to write consistently, experiment, and throw all the rules out the window. I’m tired of putting pressure on myself for no reason at all. I just want to write what I want, be free, and have dance parties every day – preferably in the kitchen, making something wonderful.

I’m so excited to continue sharing more of the little things I love with you!
