The Best (and My Favorite) Galentine’s Day Movies
Hello, my wonderful Galentine’s! While on a walk, I told my friend, Shanna, that many of my blog posts have been super long recently. It’s through no fault of my own. I don’t have a full-time job right now so I have the time and capacity to write the posts that I’ve been dreaming of. That said, I’ve been really missing the fun posts.
So, in the spirit of all things fun, this one is for my Galentine girlies.
The Best (and My Favorite) Galentine’s Day Movies
Galentine’s Day is a wonderful reason to get your favorite people together on a random day of the year. It’s the perfect day to celebrate your girlfriends by getting together and celebrating everything you love about them.
And just as a reminder, if you’re feeling down about this month due to another heart-shaped filled holiday, an annual reminder to everyone: Saint Valentine was beheaded on Feb 14th.
Know what you’re celebrating…

Yes to all these! Especially Now & Then (always makes me cry) and A League of Their Own. I think my favorite movie about female friendship is Hidden Figures. As for Marilyn Monroe movies, Gentlemen Prefer Blondes is also a good one. I definitely find it to be more about the friendship between two women than about any of their love interests.
