List of Ethical & Sustainable Face Masks
Hi Dolls! As you know, I’m trying my best to live a more sustainable lifestyle. So, the only time I’ve been buying anything “new” is from the thrift store (which opened last week! Eeep!) or taking something from the free pile. However, I find buying something, like masks, is so practical. So, I’ve got a List of Ethical & Sustainable Face Masks for y’all to check out!
If you read my last post on Matching Face Mask and Pants post, you’ll know I’ve been experimenting with my old sewing scrapes to make masks myself. This is a really great way to be eco-friendly. Another idea is to create masks out of old clothing you don’t use anymore or had planned to donate.
Note: if you are trying to figure out what to do with your old clothes, check out my 5 Ways to Recycle your clothes post.
Recommended sustainable & reusable masks:
- Avocado
- Christy Dawn
- Etsy (Purchase local)
- Life Without Plastic (Hemp!)
- Made Trade (Hemp & Organic Cotton)
- Onzie (Upcycled Yoga Fabric)
- Shami Oshun (Black owned)
- United by Blue (Hemp)
- Whimsy + Row
Thanks for checking out my List of Ethical & Sustainable Face Masks! I’d love to hear if you end up purchasing any of them. Again, I don’t think face masks are going out of style anytime soon. It’s the greatest act of kindness, might as well make it fashionable. 😉
