Frenchy 1901 Midi Skirt & Cashmere Sweater

Hello my lovely friends! I’ve become obsessed with midi skirts. It’s official. They are incredibly versatile from season to season and they’re surprisingly cute on a petite frame, like me! Being all of 5’3, mini skirts tend to be just above the knee. Long skirts tend to be 3 inches too long and need to be worn with a heel, always. Midis though, this is a sweet spot that doesn’t seem to need that alteration that is dreaded by all the shorties in the world.

Hence my infatuation with all things midi.

The photos from this photo session was really fun to go through. In short, Seattle weather is crazy. It was cool all day and then the minute my sister and I stepped out for this shoot, snow. I was dancing and laughing while my darling sister stood in one spot shivering from the cold. She’s too good to me.

It’s not unusual to get snow in February. It snows every year but it’s always surprising when the weather broadcasters are actually right.

Let’s rewind back to midis for another moment. This skirt not only has a bit of a french vibe to is but is also incredibly warm and well made. There are only a few sizes left, unfortunately, but you might be able to find one in your size on ebay or poshmark. Either way, I’ll try and find a similar style for you guys down below.

Speaking of poshmark, is anyone else on there? I recently joined while having a Marie Kondo moment this weekend. I decided to go through all of my shoes and found a few other items to pass on and give life to someone else. Please feel free to follow me. I’d love to follow you back!
