What I Wore to Bellevue Fashion Week

Bellevue Fashion Week Outfit

It’s that time of year, loves! Fashion week, fashion shows, fall fashion. If there is one thing I get more excited about than traveling, it’s a good ol’ fashioned fashion show!

This is part one of two post. This is only my outfit post. I will post more details on the actual show. Which, spoilersssss, was amazing.

Since this month has been filled to the brim with events, it’s been hard to blog but I’m determined to get this up for you because it’s helpful to know what others wear to events. Especially if it’s your first fashion show. This is now my 4th, I believe. The first one I was ever a part of, I was back stage and helping style the models.

This year, of course, I was in the audience. I was more than excited to purchase my ticket this year because all of the proceeds went to a non-profit that I might not have donated to without being told about. I’ll talk about that in my “part-two” post.

This year I went a with a sophisticated edgy look. As you might have guessed, I own more than one white dress somehow and this is by far my favorite one because:
1) It’s perfect for the spring, summer and right into winter whites.
2) It pairs with everything and anything
3) Just add leather and any shoes
Many get nervous when going to a fashion show and what I love about fashion is simply: If you have the attitude for you, you can pull it off. Another Seattle fashion blogger, Aikas Love Closet, wore a pair of silky pjs and a pair of wicked booties. You can really wear anything, that’s why fashion is so wonderful. A representation of you and how you feel that day.

This year my mood was just happy to have a night off and be able to dress up for a change. It’s rare when I get to put on a nice dress and hang with one of my best friends. A, was an awesome partner in crime and was kind enough to take all of my photos for the evening. It’s also very rare when it’s not just me and my phone. That’s what happens when you live alone!
Let’s talk specifics, shall we?
