The 3 Trader Joe’s Fall Treats Worth Picking Up (If You Love Maple as Much as I Do)
The Trader Joe’s Autumn craze is real—and it’s so easy to overbuy! Overconsumption is its own problem, but what I’ve also noticed is that when we overdo it, the items we buy sometimes stop feeling special. Instead of savoring, we’re chasing the high of trying everything all at once.
As many of you know, I’ve been working on being more intentional with what I purchase – not so strict that I can’t have fun, but thoughtful enough to enjoy what I do choose. That said, here are the three fall treats I picked up at Trader Joe’s. Unintentionally, they all turned out to be maple-flavored… and honestly, I’m not mad about it. 🍁 Each one was fantastic, fit the bill, and satisfied my little heart’s desire.

The 3 Trader Joe’s Fall Treats Worth Picking Up (If You Love Maple as Much as I Do)
Maple Flavored Fudge
Starting strong with my favorite of the bunch: Maple Flavored Fudge! These little beauties are made in England and sell for $2.99 a box. The first ingredient is sugar and the second is butter, so if you’re on a diet, this one might not be for you 😅. But they are delicious; rich, sweet, and exactly what I want for dessert after a long day. A little goes a long way.
Cocoa Truffles with Maple Sugar
This one was such a hit with my family that I ended up leaving the box at my brother’s house. Normally, I buy the minty green box version in winter (they’re my favorite indulgence that time of year). These maple truffles were a darling seasonal twist, but fair warning: eat too many and you’ll regret it. My recommendation? Two after dinner is the perfect amount.
At $4.49 a box, they feel a bit pricey unless you plan to ration them out. Since they’re made in Canada, tariffs probably bump up the cost. If it’s outside your budget, I’d say go for the fudge instead.
Maple Pancakes Flavored Puffs
These are so fun! A corn-and-rice snack that tastes like corn puffs cereal, with a cozy maple pancake twist. At about $3.49 a bag (I think), they’re light, crunchy, and dangerously easy to finish in just two sittings. Bonus: they’re vegan and gluten-free, which makes them a nice snack to share.
I keep seeing influencers post $100+ Trader Joe’s hauls. Just a gentle reminder: most of them get paid to do that. It’s not real life, and if you’re on a budget, consuming that kind of content can feel isolating or make you feel left out.
At the heart of this post, I suppose, is a bit of deinfluencing. ☺️ These three maple treats are simple, affordable, and still give you all the cozy fall vibes, without overloading your pantry OR your wallet.
What about you? Share your favorite seasonal Trader Joe’s finds in the comments! I’d love to know what you’re loving this autumn.
