Black Peplum & Black Pants
Black on black on black on black on black… with a pop of red!
Like many woman, black is a staple in my wardrobe too. It’s the color I go to when I’m running late to work or I can’t figure out what to wear in the morning. It’s the easiest and most flattering color in my closet and why I run to it every chance I get.
I’ve had this peplum for a few years now. It’s an old Banana Republic buy but it’s been worth it’s price as I wear it whenever I feel out of sorts or just want to spice up my outfit from a plain black tee-shirt. This is a piece that doesn’t judge me. It makes me feel great and comfortable at the same time. Additionally, it’s timeless. Anyone else have a top like that?
This peplum top not only confirms my love for the style but is also insanely versatile. I recently paired it with a black pencil skirt, a black midi tulle skirt and black skinny jeans. Simply add wild hair and a red lip and you’re ready to go. #ILoveAllBlack
