Magenta Topsey Turvey Life

Looking at these pictures is almost cringe worthy. To you, you probably see my outfit and are trying to scope out my old shared apartment. To me, all I see is how tired I look from staying up too late and packing. This is very similar to my last WIW post with my day 4 twisty hair. Though, I’m on day 2 hair here. It’s amazing to see how quickly I have changed from just dealing with the day to day to, now, loving every second or every minute of everyday. Even the times of frustration – I’m happy.

Shall we talk clothes? My new favorite tank is from Target! Love me some Target, y’all. My blazer is thrifted from a Value Village. An amazing find since it’s an Anthro/Urban brand. My black pants are so slimming. Bless you, slimming pants, bless. Those are my Calvin Klein’s again. I regret not picking up another pair of those. No joke – Costco buy. Lastly, you know, my all time favorite suede booties from London. I have so many WIWs with these boots. If you want to check them out, here are a few:

It’s a guarantee that I’ll be wearing these booties again come fall. In the meantime, I took them to the cobbler yesterday to get new bottoms put on them. They were kind enough to weather proof them as well. Now is the perfect time to visit the cobbler for all of your winter wear. This way you’re prepared when the rainy season comes right back around!

This summer is already packed with fun activities. It’s going to be a great ride.
